Refund Policy

General Policy

Eagle Rock Technologies, Inc. issues refunds only in accordance with this Refund Policy. All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

Refunds are not automatic and are granted only for eligible returns, verified defects, or confirmed errors by the Company.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product is returned in compliance with our Returns Policy

  • The product is verified to be defective

  • The Company shipped the incorrect item

  • The order was cancelled and accepted prior to shipment

All requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-specification products

  • Used, installed, modified, sharpened, or altered tools

  • Clearance, discontinued, or “as-is” items

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, or improper installation

  • Shipping, handling, and insurance charges (unless due to our error)

  • Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact Eagle Rock Technologies, Inc. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  2. Provide order details and reason for return

  3. Return the product according to provided instructions

Returns without authorization may be refused.

Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued only after verification that the return meets eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that fail inspection.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be limited to:

  • The original purchase price of the eligible product

  • Less any applicable restocking fees (up to 15%)

  • Less any unpaid balances

Refunds will not include original shipping or handling charges, unless the refund is due to our error.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using:

  • The original payment method, or

  • Store credit, at our discretion

Processing typically occurs within 10–14 business days after approval.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Eagle Rock Technologies, Inc. before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.

For international orders:

  • Refunds are subject to additional review

  • Currency conversion fees are non-refundable

  • Import/export fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website and apply to future transactions.
